Solicitors or legal representatives acting for someone else
If you are a solicitor or a legal representative acting on behalf of an individual, you should write to the relevant Pensions Centre, Jobcentre Plus office, Disability Benefit Centre or Child Support Agency office. You must include a letter of authority from the individual for the information to be divulged. Go to local office search.
