We see a crash team dealing with a crisis in an accident and emergency unit in a hospital. Voiceover: You run one of Britain’s busiest casualty departments.
A patient who has had a heart attack is wheeled in and transferred to a hospital bed by the crash team. Voiceover: Your team is two staff down.
The camera pans round showing paramedics and nurses attending to the patient. Voiceover: You need someone to come in and make life or death decisions coolly and decisively.

Voiceover: You’ve found a motivated, talented candidate who has all the qualities you’re looking for.
The team stand clear as a doctor tries to resuscitate the patient. Voiceover: But they have a history of mental health problems including periods of serious depression.
There is a tense wait as the team watch for vital signs. Voiceover: So would you give them the job? Well, would you?
Cut to a close up of the heart monitor. Voiceover: If you wouldn’t, congratulations. You just turned down Florence Nightingale.
The doctor stands back and smiles broadly. Doctor: Fantastic! Great! We’ve got him.
