- If you provide information on how to get to your venue using public transport, could you include details about accessible public transport too?
- Have you considered installing lowered counters at merchandise points (for example, cash desks and service areas)? The lowered part should not exceed 800mm.
- You could think about whether lighting levels are adequate. If your venue is naturally dark – for example, a club or pub – can you ensure that areas like the bar and toilets are well lit?
- If you are unsure how to make an attraction or event accessible to disabled people, ask them and try to act on their advice.
